TESTING IN PRACTICE
Type testing as per EN 1074-2
Our water-supply gate valves are type-tested in accordance with EN 1074-2. Test requirements are matched to valve size, operating arrangement and pressure rating.
Bending test assembly
A gate valve installed between supported pipe sections with suspended loading.
Load application
Lever and suspended-load arrangement at the valve test bench.
Torque measurement
Manual torque-wrench operation on a gate valve in the test fixture.
Actual test-site photographs. Applied loads, instrument readings and acceptance results belong to the individual test record.

Representative coating inspection photograph. Required methods, acceptance criteria and records depend on the order.
Coordinate
Review the selected configuration and align sample, production and inspection requirements with the supply partner.

Confirm packing, marking, document requirements and delivery arrangements before shipment.
